Well, as I said first and foremost, this is now illegal in more than half of U.S. States, which doesn't make it a very prudent course of action.
Ethically speaking, it goes to the individual right to control and possess one's own likeness. Once a picture is out on the internet, it's out of your control - it could end up on other websites, blogs, tumblr, etc. If an individually consents to that - well, fine then. But it's a grave violation to takes someone else's likeness, usurp their decision, and put it out there without consulting or informing them. It's a question of personal autonomy that is completely removed from the question of whether the individual is traceable.
