My huge thanks to L, buds and noway. Plus my thanks to all the others who have contributed to make my combined total of likes over 6,000. Truly amazing and a humbling contrast to the received wisdom that all contributions on this site receive insufficient praise / attention. With views about to tick over the 200,000 mark on this thread in just under 3 years, I think that's enough of both really.
