I am not in any way an expert in anatomy, though I would think that the penis would "atrophy" from lack of use, esp. not becoming hard, not having the blood flow and enlarging the penis, I imagine that the cells would shrink thus reducing the overall size.

Your post truly piqued my interest, so I did a little poking around on a few biology sites this morning. It would appear that a form of physical adaptation is at work here, where the penis is being ****** to conform with a new environment.

Conformity to a specific dimension (the fitted chastity cage) along with an inability to function naturally (no erections) can force an accommodation to the new environment over an extended period of time. I fully agree that the accommodation presents itself, in this case, as muscle atrophy and perhaps the deterioration of cells.
