Since no one else has filled you in since you posted the above on 18 May 2016, Newcuckguy, I'll fill you in on the chance you still look at your lonely post from time to time.
You obviously don't know, or understand, the definition of a cuckold. Here it is:
"cuckold — a man with an unfaithful wife."
To rephrase it, to be a cuckold you have to be a married man with a wife who fucks other men. Your post does not say you're married, nor does it say much of anything else about you — but, it seems to imply you're single.
If you are a married man with a wife who is faithful to you, and you want her to begin taking lovers, that's something you'll have to discuss with her. Married women vary greatly in their responses to that suggestion. Some don't need to be convinced to make their husbands cuckolds, because they're already fucking other men (but their husbands don't know that, so they're "unknowing cuckolds"). Other married women, although in the habit of being faithful, take to the idea of fucking other men "like ducks take to water" (to coin a phrase.... well, actually, I didn't make that up). Others don't like the idea, but can be persuaded given the right approach and a sufficiently long period of time. Some married women are dead set against that idea, and refuse to change their minds no matter what.
So, if you're married and you want your wife to make you a cuckold, you'll have to check her out and see where she stands.
If you aren't married and you want a wife who will make you a cuckold, you'll need to date women who appear likely to find that lifestyle attractive, and persuade one of them to marry you (making sure, in advance, that both of you understand and agree that will be the nature of your marriage).
