This is my 36th Anniversary wedding ring. It is 6.5 carats center stone and 1/2 carat each side stone. I have fat little sausages for fingers so I need a big ring. That was the excuse I gave my husband and I am sticking to it. Hee! Plans for our 36th (april 23) are a visit to the specialist to see what can be done for my rotary cuff injury. I could not get in any sooner than that, and let me tell you, I am in pain. Currently taking 2 Advils twice a day. Sometimes they help, most time not. Anyway, my original engagement ring was a 1/4 carat diamond with a twist setting. The band of the ring is white gold with a burnish look. My original band is white gold with four diamonds set into the center of leaves. It is a pretty sapphire and diamond ring . I need to get it resized so I can wear it again.

Pic here.
I am new to posting, so I believe I posted this ring before, but included no imformation with it. Be patient with me. I will get it sooner or later.

Before getting rotator cuff surgery which takes a long time to recover from, I suggest trying glucosamine, 2000 mg (two tablets), once daily.

Glucosamine is a natural joint lubricant; your body makes less of it as you get older. It's over-the-counter; taking it as a supplement won't hurt you (I'm not aware of any unpleasant side effects). You'll probably have to take it for a while, say one to several weeks, to know whether it's going to do you any good. If it does, the effect may be dramatic. Your painful ("locked") shoulder problem, if that's what you have, may disappear completely.

Since glucosamine is non-prescription, your M.D. is unlikely to recommend it (IMO). You can probably find it in the "vitamins and supplements" section of grocery stores that have a "health foods and vitamins and supplements" section.

If you take glucosamine for (say) 3 weeks to a month and find it doesn't do you any good, there's probably no reason to continue taking it. BTW, glucosamine tablets are sort of large but you can get them in "easier to swallow" elongated form.

I'll have to say I have no idea what the relationship is between the new "36th Anniversary ring" you're hoping your husband will give you and your rotator cuff problem. I did, however, click your link and look at it. Fortunately I was able to resist clicking the "buy now" button.

Have you heard of Prozac?

I've seen this same message posted on another forum I go to... It's definitely spam.

It is marketing.

"marketing"? yeah, no. SPAM.
