I know there is Ro, Fun50's, Funfrky, Will(well, posts pic with wife's consent) and a few others.

I know whenever a porn site is introduced, the site is going to be reigned by men, but the ratio I have witnessed is by far tripled, maybe quadruped.

I think there are more TV/CD's/TS on this site than woman and that's not trying to be an insult to DC or TG'd people. I just never see any women post here as much. maybe they don't feel welcomed? Who knows? If a women is posting, it's likely a couple I mentioned, a new member that tries the site and leave, or a fake.


I known a few women members and one said she didn't like how she was treated here. Like a piece of meat, so she stopped posting here.
 
I know I have only posted in my own thread and a little outside of it but I am trying to do more... It gets really busy sometimes so I can't log on and see DC for awhile, but I intend on fully being a regular here! I think you guys are all awesome and I have been treated very well so thank you.

Finally, another member! I always wanted to know why some stay lurkers and not post. Especially if they have something to add to the forum. It'll be beneficial to hear from women here more. Have anyone notice there is not one chick mod here? Well, Sandy is, but she's hardly here. lol.

For what it's worth, I post but the wife reads. She doesn't post as she thinks it would a) confuse people as I have always been honest as to who and "what" I am and b) ****** herself to idiots she hasn't got the time for. She reads most days and has opinions on many posts but she reads mainly for amusement - the only guy she thinks would be interesting to meet is Muleman (OMG) She hasn't spotted a guy in the UK yet.

i started a thread a few months ago as a 'question/answer' type of thread for other submissives to post a question that they might have about the BDSM lifestyle. This thread didn't go anywhere on this site. Could it be that this is not a site that 'fulfills' everyone's fantasies? (i don't need an answer to that question, it's just a question for you to think about.)

We quite agree with you!

We both visit the site regularly, read the posts mainly for amusement and hope the site continues to evolve but seldom post....lol, ok...ok, very seldom considering we have been DC fans since the late 90's :whatever:. Perhaps with some of the new ideas lately, and a constant enforcement of common sense on the boards in general....our habits will change as will the posting habits of others here too.

This poster makes a lot of sense. Not everyone is going to be comfortable with crude language/conversation, so while their interests in the lifestyle may be as intense as any of ours, a lot of the posts, etc., are a turn-off for them.

I'm not suggesting that DC needs to have a niche for everyone--that's certainly not plausible. I do think there can be a 'room' for people who have an interest, but who also want to proceed in a civilized/civilised way. Meaning, no undue characterizations of others. Granted, there might not be as many posts in that room (one never knows until one tries), but it would be great for people to know there is a kinder, gentler side of the Canyon, where they can make themselves and their interests known.

Randy the site I feel has enough rooms or forums as I don't think this person is wrong as it is a turn off with crude people and their post but how can you please everyone in this site. To me it is like alot of people want a room for everything. Take for instance the cucks on the site nothing against them at all but they wanted a forum to themselves and they got it but look how often it gets used so I just think people have got to suck it up and not read what offends them and move on to another post.

So, why won't they speak up? I do agree that her opinion are her own, but what you are saying is about crude language. I believe if the women are truly upset and voice their opinion, they can somewhat limited.

I'm not saying, It's bad to use naughty words , but when they abuse it and it's like A huge turnoff for the word, it gets really disturbing. Really fast.
 
A bit of space for those who appreciate a more subtle, refined approach wouldn't hurt the site. And it would potentially, IMO, engender a more diverse crowd, particular from the feminine side.

Many women, even those who profess to be liberated, NEED to sense that they are appreciated and seen as the softer sex when it comes to being pursued. And to most of them, the slut/'ho' come-on is a complete turn-off. When they see a glut (in their opinion) of that kind of posts, of course they don't post, or respond. Again, that's my opinion.

I remember some of your post Mel from the past. You have been a member since 4-6-04 and posted 86 post and started 2 threads with no post to them. I'm not knocking you as I always have read your post. What I see there aren't alot of people here as mild mannered. Most of the people here as I see don't post alot of crude things unless you want to go into the extreme room or black worship room. Will mhall and I have tried to get alot of the bullshit out of here so people such as you can also enjoy the site. I'm sorry you feel the whole site is a waste of your time to visit more often but if you spend alittle more time here you might see how it has changed from the past to growing into a excellent site for everyone.
