I wouldn't think so. Depends on what you interoperate as a sexual desire. I love to watch my wife getting fucked. That's a sexual desire. Some men like to be emasculated. That is a sexual desire. Can you give an example?

Apparently something like one percent of people are asexual. Meaning, they never have sex, and do not desire to ever have sex, with another person. But, that's considered a very weak statistic.

Absence of sex drive, but no absence of desire for intimacy is an example.
