Do I tell my good friend?

So a good friend of mine I used to work for. Recommended to a friend of his. She, near the end of the job mentioned my friends wife had a tummy tuck and a book job. In a not so friendly way. Also mentioning about that and riding horses that she wishes she could afford that. So I thought it was disgust but employee thought it was jealousy. At my wedding I complimented both of them on their weight loss. And she never mentioned it. Maybe because she hadn't met my wife idk. But anyways. I feel it was pretty shitty even if it isn't a secret to be talking about her like that. Kinda wanna warn my friend. Wouldn't want his wife to confide anything else in this lady so she gossips more... what do you think???
