I Swear some people just don't read.

Normally I delete these but every so often I have to leave one to REMIND people to READ THE DAMN RULES.
This was a "let's meet" type post, before I deleted the contents. there's a pinned thread which addresses what happens when this happens.
No direct offense to this particular poster, he just drew the short straw in terms of being the one I picked to edit instead of delete.
