what are some signs that show that a white mature woman may be interested in you for whatever particular reason (sex etc)?I ask this because almost everyday I have convos with mature white women (due to my part time job) and some of them give off mixed signals.Some smile and flirt but im never too sure what their motives are because im inexperienced with middle aged white women.

Talking and flirting are good starts. Try to pick up on hints too. Maybe you can tell they come to you in particular (wahtever that PT job is u mentioned). OR you can tell that they would talk all day if both of you were free to do so.
If you have a chance to get phone number in any way-get it. They probably WANT to give it to you.

Do they complain to you that their waistline has gotten big ---1st tell them it is NOT.

I guess I'll chime in. I'm a 34 yr old white female. I'm guess its different with each situation. If I met you because I walked into your place of work I might not be as forward as if I met you at a club or bar. I meet a young hot black guy at a club and if I'm interested there wont be any mixed signals LOL 
he will know right off what I want.
But if I walk into a place of business and see a nice looking young black man I wouldnt be as open or bold. I may even be somewhat more shy. But I would still talk and flirt hoping he would get the hint.

I'm a 37 year old married white woman, and one of the things I have done is to casually let drop in conversation about what a wonderful time my husband and I had with "a friend" the other night. It can be taken as totally innocent conversation or if he's interested, he will pick up on the friend part and lets him know that I am interested.
Can I jump in here? I agree, there are some mixed signals when I come across mature white women. I really enjoy mature women, because some of them are not getting the proper attention at home. Someone made the point of meeting mature white women at the work place and found some were not into it. That's true in some areas, they sometimes don't want thier racist co-workers in their business. I've found other places to find mature ladies who are down to be at the mall, museum or sighseeing(Good place).
Good question. in same situation all time. Trucker in ND, SD, and Mn where i am the only Brother in 100 miles make that 200 miles. Just last night in a casino in South Dakato. Hot sexy redhead sits next to me at the Blackjack Table, asks ME not the other white men who to play, how old was I (im 43 she didnt belive me thought i was in early 30 she was 43), where i lived, traveling ,I even met her hubby who came up then walked away cause she was having too much fun. Ok ladies i am new to this but was she chatting friendly or giving me a signal? I Wasnt really sure. What should i do next time?One thing in a night club but here. Only Brother in the place. knew everyone was watching and listening.
