There's no problem with stating what your preference and I even said I respected you for telling me 'no thanks'.
BUT, what you have to realize is that although you're going about things in a discreet way, you're in the wrong place. There's only a handful of members that live in the Knoxville area and to the best of my knowledge
NONE of them are in the age range you're looking for.
If you're truly serious about meeting a black man, let me offer several suggestions...
1) I can refer you to two gentlemen that I know, trust and respect
2) become a gold member of AdultFriendFinder.com and search til you find what you're looking for (be warned that although there are considerably more local black men on that site than any other, there are also numerous fakes and posers and it may take a while to weed through candidates)
3) try the proven method of visiting Michaels on Kingston Pike after midnight any given weekend to pick someone up for an impromtpu trist (risky but doable, especially if you're concerned about drugs, disease and most importantly discression)
4) explain why the age thing is so important to someone younger and mature enough to comprehend what it is you want to have happen and why...(i.e., want to be made love to, go slowly, don't do this or don't do that, other limitations, etc.)
