I've started learning about AI image generation with the specific goal is being able to generate elaborate porn featuring my wife, my sister in law, and possibly myself, in various cuckold scenarios. So far I've gotten so far as generating images of her likeness in various scenarios by training a LORA using pictures of her. Still working on getting it to look more like her and then going to start working on bringing in other models for the various elements and scenarios I want to include.

I'm curious if anyone else has gone down this path and has advice/input or just wants to discuss the topic in general.

It’s pretty crazy what’s possible at this point. Things like swapping someone’s face onto a picture or taking an existing photo and removing clothing are pretty easy. But now you can even generate completely new images of a person with text prompts.

I’m still experimenting and trying to refine the model so it looks exactly like my sister in law. I generated a picture of her standing in a shiny gymnastics leotard with her hair in a ponytail staring at the camera. It’s photorealistic and most people would recognize her features, although it’s not quite her. The body is pretty much exact though including her toned arms and thigh gap.

I’m rerunning and doubling the training currently. It’s been going all night and has about 8 more hours. Fingers crossed the output is an exact match so I can start dressing and posing this little slut in all the ways I’ve wanted to see her.

Here's version 1.0 of my sister in law. As I mentioned, I'm very happy with her body and the realism, but her face is not quite right. Definitely similar features but not an exact resemblance. Version 2.0 coming soon. Once I get the resemblance worked out I am going to move on to putting her into all the kinky scenarios I've fantasized about over the last decade + start getting my wife's AI model trained.

YESS! Damn her ass! What website do you use to generate it? We would love some of my wife!! Will it turn nude images into an AI model? We have loads if it could replicate her.

Everything is running locally. You need a pretty beefy gpu or it takes forever. I have a 4070 super and it still takes 2-3 minutes to generate an image. Training the model took close to 24 hours. There are remote servers you can use to offload the processing though. I’m using Flux to generate these and trained the model in flux gym.

My understanding is you really only need face pics to make it happen. I happened to have a library of about 50 nude and semi nude photos of my sister in law so I loaded them all in. I’m going to try to load in a smaller, more selective batch, and see if I get better results. Her photos were of a lot of different poses and I wonder if the inconsistency threw it off some.

I love your idea - this is wonderful. Thanks for providing some direction on getting started. Going to try some with my wife tonight. If the generation on my rig (3090Ti) takes forever, I may end up spinning up instances in a cloud somewhere. I'll pay $3-4/hr to go from 2-3 minutes of wait time to a few seconds, in theory.

Here is a very helpful video that I found to get started. I ended up subscribing to this guy's Patreon (like $5) to get the one click installer, and (more importantly) his XY comparison workflow. The big advantage is that you can generate a new LORA model with every pass (I have about 25 LORAs of the sister in law) and I'm able to use that workflow to generate an image with each and put them up side by side with a single click. It made zeroing in on the right one much easier.

 
She's looking pretty sexy. It's a slow process to dial things in and I'm still learning - but being able to dress and pose her however I want is awesome. Now that I am happy with the likeness and features I'm going to put some time and effort into more ******** positions and accessories. Also going to start training a model of my wife so that I can do nasty things to them together.

Honestly it was the first thought I had when I started seeing more AI stuff out there. I’d love to create a comic style story featuring “my wife” (likeness) using AI. But I am limited to free phone apps as I do not have a computer.

I’d be interested in learning more though!

Over the weekend I sent one of the AI pictures to my sister in law. The one of her in the tight white one pieces turned slightly to the side with her hands on her hips. Her reply was "dangggg I look good in that", to which I replied "I agree".

So, in terms of recognition, it appears I'm pretty much spot on. She recognized herself. She also didn't have any question about how I got a picture of her dressed like that. I think there is a very good chance she thinks it is a real picture. About 8 years ago she came over (I wasn't home unfortunately) to do a sexy photo shoot as a Christmas gift for her boyfriend. My wife took a bunch of pictures of her in various lingerie and nude throughout the house. She's aware I have the entire collection - and I have sent her some of my favorites to remind her. She said she lost all the pictures, and it's been a long time. So I suspect she assumes that just happened to be one of them. Since I used those photos to train the AI model, the background/lighting/etc all feels the same.

Nope. Totally AI generated based on sample images I trained the model with and prompts I gave it relating to pose, hair style, lighting, and what she is wearing. Right now that type of pose yields the best results. Anytime I try to put her into more complex poses it gets wonky and weird things like extra limbs appear. I'm still in the very early stages of learning how to generate some more elaborate scenarios with her.
