• Seems like a lot of people are having an issue logging into chat since we updated. Here is what you need to do: Logout of the chat and forums, clear your cache and cookies. Log back in to the forum, then login to the chat with the same user/pass you use for the forums.

Can't get into chat room

I am a regular user of DC's chat room after after logging on and clicking on chat room I usually seea screen which is loading 'java pplets' then a sign screen to get into the chat room. But now the 'java applets' are not laoding and there is no 'sign-in' screen / box - just a blaclk page with 'parachat support'? I have checked taht my machine has latestes JRE and is java enbaled. and I knwo from friends in the caht room taht they are able to get in ans use it. Can you help me?

It's OK I have sorted it now - it was the 'add-on' in my browser.
 
i am having this same problem....just a blank page w/ a link for parachat help
