Rapid Share

Has anyone ever tried to purchase or used a premium membership to Rapid Share? It is used for lots of files here. We tried to get a premium membership through a reseller called Dietzel and Dietzel and then got a receipt from an outfit called RapidLagoon. That was on the 7th. Still cannot log on or get a response from either one.

Any help would be appreciated.

RapidShare Works Fine

No reason to use a reseller -- it's an invitation to a ripoff. You should use PayPal, which we've used for RS without any problem at all.

RS is widely in use and generally reliable with a few cautions:

-- the more WinRar files you d/l at the same time (assuming you purchase a Premium membership), the greater the probability you will have corrupt files.

-- RS is aggressive about deleting adult files (or at least some adult files), which can be a real pain; some of the other web hosting sites (like ************ and Megaupload) appear to be less aggressive and/or concerned about adult content.
