Sexual reparations is real, but doesn't happen enough...yet. The basis is that for a long time, black women were used sexually by white men: As slaves and more recently by financial pressures imposed upon black women making them giving up their bodies to white men out of desperation. Of course, nothing can be done directly to right those wrongs. But, when white women allow black men to use them in the same way to in some way "make up for" or "address" those past wrongs, a certain amount of atonement results. The way for more of that to happen, it to get white women to understand that only they can apply these reparations AND to help them develop sexual passions for black cock. The first part is happening a lot in Black Studies programs in our Universities.
