Username change

Does anyone know if it's possible to change a username?
I know it can be done on the chatroom, but I am talking about on this main site/forum.

go to your account details page where is lists your username at the top, you can edit and save a new one that will need a mod approval before it takes affect.

Yes can do it in settings but they have to approve
