Quick Tip, if you are using photoshop, try to use on the layer of your wife face the CTRL + U.
It's lead to "Image > Adjustement > Hue/staturation" choose for example in the drop down Master to Yellow and play with the slider.
Staturation slider to remove the yellow extra.
And if you want adjut event better the color, use after CTRL + B "Image => Adjustement > Color Balance" you can't do great stuff with this options too.
