• Seems like a lot of people are having an issue logging into chat since we updated. Here is what you need to do: Logout of the chat and forums, clear your cache and cookies. Log back in to the forum, then login to the chat with the same user/pass you use for the forums.

Hi you all,
This is Eskimo1958. I've plenty of works published on asstr.org, many with the interracial genre...but that's not what I really want to talk about. What I really want to talk about is the morons that take stories from my site and paste them here as their own. A good case in point is the looser that goes by sico_tiko, as he swiped three of my stoey's and posted them here as his own...hell, he even changed the name of one of them but was too damn lazy to change the name of the other two! I'm pretty sure that if I did some looking, that the other stories he has posted he swiped from someone else as well....anyway, you all have a good day wanking to some interracial porn, and please remember us kind writters that actually write the stuff you so much enjoy.

Sorry if people are taking your stories and posting them elsewhere but if that is the case you should take it as praise that people have decided that the stories are good enough to steal.

We don't encourage members to go round the sites pinching other peoples work without their permission but unless we monitor every site on the web we can not do much to prevent it.

Consider that once content is posted on line it is fair game for everyone, even the donor site can do very little to stop it unless they go to all the fuss of proving that the content is indeed yours .
Just a thought... why not beat the thieves and post your stories on this site. At least that way you will get your name down as the true author of the tale and get the full credit due to you.
 
The 'praise' of my works by be being shown on your site wouldn't bother me IF the submitter would have noted who the actual author is, as I have seen other sites use my story's as well, but they have inserted who the rightful author is....as for posting my story's here, I've no desire too for a number of reasons, such as over saturation of my works at other non-pay sites and I have a lot of completed works, over 100, that I really don't want to take the time to submit here.
It has been suggested to me by another author that I should just shut up and file legal action against slutwives.com, which option I am considering.

Fair point, If you wrote the story then your name should be submitted, that is only right.

The claim of Legal Action? Think about it. You will be telling a Lawyer that your name is Eskimo (how do you verify that?)and you write dirty stories as a hobby, which you self-publish online. You will be telling them that your stories are being published on Slut Wives.com and you are asking a Mr Cumbox to stop it for you.

Yep, you may make yourself famous,a household name, family, friends, Bosses and Clients will admire you and talk about it.
We will get plenty of free publicity and a ticking off.

A closing point... we don't take kindly to people advertising a link to another site without permission from us and this could lead to a ban.
We will do our best to address your concerns but it is not easy. If you put content on the Web then it is open session for it. People will try and share it with others. If you don't want it featured on here or elsewhere put your name on it, copyright it, if you can afford it.

A quick glance just shows me that he as just been making comments on others members posts.

I know its been over 8 years since this post, and all parties have since died..... but I think Cumbox was way too kind and accommodating . Albeit, Eskimo has a good gripe, but only for seconds. Then he tries to threaten legal action? That's funny. Does the judge hold court in the back of a porno shop by the gloryholes? I've written quite a few of these on various sites and I've seen my shit pop up that I didn't submit. And you're right. I was pleased someone thought it was that good to snag! Maybe a little credit where credit is due but in the big scheme, I can't believe anyone would get so bent over stories written for perverts. By perverts.
 
Not to mention the only thing an author needs to do is PM me and show me the story in question and the original version.
