For those of you not in the healthcare field, boils are another name for abcesses or puss-filled pockets usually caused by a staphylococcus infection. They're typically anti-biotic resistant and can result from something such as an in-grown hair that's been scrated by unlean fingernails. They can be spread via direct skin to skin contact or by coming in contact with the same area of a chair, sheets, etc that's been ******* to a non-covered, infected wound.

Not true. While I'm not into BBWs, not all have the "brown" that you speak of. I know someone that I'd consider a BBW and she definitely doesn't have "brown" down there. Granted she's high-maintenance and takes really, really good care of herself, it all comes down to a matter of hygiene.

I hate say this, but knowing what I know about human physiology, seeing boils/abcesses from working as a healthcare professional for over the past 7 years, and your own admission that your wife has boils, I wouldn't go anywhere near her crotch or inner thighs out of fear of being infected myself.
I'm not saying your wife isn't a lovely person, but if you plan on indulging in this lifestyle, please take appropriate steps to clear up some of that "brown" with hydrocortizone cream and Vitamin E, and by all means, please don't play with anyone if she develops a boil just prior to a meeting.

actually you are right in some sence a boil is a puss filled pocket somewhat like a pimple not i have been with her for 4 yrs and never had one so sounds like you need to re-think what you thought you knew

well and yet agin you are wrong she is a very clean woman and baths twice a day but in my experiance with fat women it is commen for the inner thighs to have sorta like a tan look to them where the legs rub together all the time kinda like an old indian burn that dont go away

Don't need to rethink anything when I'm close to becoming an MD. There's a fine line between boil, abcess, carbuncle, cyst, etc. but they're ultimately definded by location, cause, and any prevailing symptoms such as prolonged fever, redness, irritation, recurrence, etc. What may start out as a boil could ultimately become an abcess given the right conditions. If you've never had one, that's great, but keep in mind that there's always potential for it to become more. If for example your wife has any need to take a medication that causes an immonsuppressive response or finds herself being a Type II diabetic, the boils could become abcesses that would be need to lanced, drained and cultured. Should your wife be diagnosed with a staph infection, also known as MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), the chances of her passing it on to you increase dramatically until she's successfully completed a round of non-resistant antibiotics.

After I typed my initial response and clicked send, the fact that you just mention also accured to me. For everyone who's commented about the "brown" on your wife, both your reply and mine are valid points. Hygiene not withstanding, and please forgive me for making a snap judgement based on a photo with no background information, I would almost have to agree with you that allot of, but not all, larger women do indeed have inner thigh burn. While it can be avoided in a number of ways, it comes down to genetics and how well a woman takes care of herself based on what she wears, types of actvity, etc.

they are like pimples maybe not really called boils coz her doctor sees no consern with them and told her to use alc. to rub down after a shower it is from to much oil in the skin and where she sweats alot....

ok but i must admit she is a very clean woman and just a quick guess she probally weighs like 320 so quite big and someone who weights like 170 is not conciderd a bbw to me although it seems that most porn gives you a complex on women that if they weigh over 90 lbs there a bbw and that is so not true

I think the misconception runs both ways in that yes, you're correct about the stigma regarding women in porn, but there's also the theory that all black men like larger women. It never fails, but of every adult oriented website I'm a member, as well as a couple of local night spots I like to frequent, I'm inevitably approached or contacted by more and more BBWs/larger women than those I'd like to have approach me.
