Very true and many don't. Women are ultimately always in charge for it's their bodies being used. But for most couples who do this the man is dominant and the woman simply submitting to his interest to make him happy.

Nothing against trying to capture a certain shot or expressing a little support/approval, but gimmie a break, it was more like the commentary track of a DVD. It was quite apparent that although he wanted them to do it, he certainly didn't want them to enjoy it.
