I was watching this movie from India, where they showed a lonely villager who was 30 years of age and a virgin, because in his village, there were hardly any girls. He was desperate and lonely for sex. They showed at the end he was so desperate for sex that he ended up fucking a goat.

Even in here in North America, there are many desperate white males, who hardly get any sex. White women are leaving them for black men, and these white bois are so jealous and have rage, and many of them even if they get a girl, become cuckolds.

My point is, is this healthy for a society? Shouldn't everyone able to get sex?

What is society?? What's a "healthy" society? It all depends on the people involved. Some people believe in the sanctity of marriage, while others think marriage is what the two want it to be. I like my wife fucking BBC and if we're both happy with that, why isn't that ok? If we're both happy, her fucking and getting fucked, me in wanting nothing more than her getting the most pleasure out of sex that she can, whether with me or someone else. I know that that's not the "norm" in life, but if we're both happy with that, the only restrictions is those placed on the lifestyle by ourselves. If my wife gets sex and I don't, but we're both happy with that, isn't that ok?

Yes. Men who want sex but have never been able to get it are called INCELS (involuntary celibates). Whether they're "young extremists" is a different question.

If INCELS are more common in India than in the U.S., that seems likely to be a consequence of the Hindu custom of aborting fetuses they determine are female, because female babies are considered less valuable than male babies. Ergo, there are more men than women in India. In this sense, one could say Indian men.... with the cooperation of Indian women.... are fucking themselves.
