Just a thought, but have you ever considered either mc or individual counseling?
A therapist might be able to help you communicate to your wife, exactly what type of relationship that YOU would like to have with her?
Other than that, all anyone could suggest, would be joining a gym, to get your confidence levels up? Also might not be a bad time for a dr's appt, to get your testosterone levels checked?
