Yes.

Write a simple message without dice. Send it.
At the bottom of the sent message you then get three alternatives - Report, Edit, and Delete. Press Edit.
Now you find a "Throw dice" button below. Use it the way you want. Then press Save.
Now your dices show up in your saved message.
