I agree with these parts above; at least research says that they're true. Not sure about the genetic level in the rest of it. Often also, women (absent the controls of culture) will maintain more than one mate, perhaps one for the economic goods he brings, the other for sexual excitement (read here perceived genetic fitness in caveman terms.)
But there's more to it, as darkchris points out. According to JP Rushton, who gets an unfair bad rap because he points to how different world areas evolved different strategies for survival, Asians are supposedly less susceptable to these dual relationships-- and it's genetic.

Ok, I still love and make love to my white husband, but black men do catch my attention and get some of my attention. I have slept with more black men than white.
Reasons I have are:
They have yet to disrespect me by telling intimate details to my friends as one of the white guys I slept with did. But that is ok, because I just told them how small his penis was in front of several of our friends, and that settled everything.
Black men seem to appreciate my curvy body more than white guys. Though my white husband is into it, and makes me wonder if god didn't screw up his ethnic background when he was born.
